Paid Media Specialist

Atlanta, Georgia, United States | Contract | Fully remote


Our client is a premier provider of targeted specialized insurance products in North America and selected other markets.  They are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to work in their Atlanta, GA office.  This is an 8 month contract position, temp to perm is possible, but not guaranteed.



The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display, social media and other channels. As a part of the Digital Marketing & Social team, the specialist will work closely with campaigns, content and channel teams to plan, execute and optimize (in real time) multichannel campaigns that support our key lines of business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Execution, Strategy & Optimization
    • Develop, execute and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from concept to launch
    • Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
    • Build out media buys for various platforms and oversee the day to day execution and optimization of paid media activities
    • Continually test, measure and communicate on campaign and program metrics, conduct ROI analysis to determine the effectiveness of all marketing programs and optimize campaign efforts accordingly
  • Cross Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with content and campaigns team to help define the channel mix, content plan, required sources and budget needed to execute campaigns
    • Collaborate with channels team to align on recommendations for multi-channel or single channel campaigns
    • Work closely with Analytics Manager to create actionable reports stakeholders and marketing teams can use to improve future paid campaigns
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
    • Oversee media budget and make recommendations on spend for all campaigns



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience w/ various media platforms such as Google AdWords, Social Media advertising platforms, ABM, display, etc.
  • Excellent planning, project management and prioritization skills; can take direction and execute with minimal supervision
  • Results oriented

  • Experience with DemandBase ABM a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
