Customer Service Representative – Miami (Kendal), FL

Our client is a premier provider of targeted specialized insurance products in North America and selected other markets. They are looking for several contract to hire Customer Service Representatives (based on performance)  to work in their Miami (Kendall), FL office. Will be picking up equipment on the first day.  Estimated length of assignment is 1 year with potential to convert to permanent based on performance and attendance.  The shifts are as follows:

  • Training Schedule: 8:00a-5:00p M-F
  • Regular Schedule: 11:00a-8:00p M-F


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have excellent problem-solving ability in order to efficiently and effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries and/or concerns in a high call volume environment
