Data & Reporting Analyst – Miami (Kendall), FL

Our client is a premier provider of targeted specialized insurance products in North America and selected other markets. They are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to work out of their Miami (Kendall), FL office. Estimated length of assignment is 3 months; possibly of temp-to hire based on performance.  This position will be working from home from home for now but must be local to Miami (may have meetings in the office once per quarter.)

Job Purpose:

This job is responsible for preparing call center activity reports and conducting performance analysis. Completes routine and ad hoc reports and analytical assignments that are varied and possibly difficult. Compiles data related to calls, sales, premium and incentives.  Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, general business conditions and related topics. Assists in the development and monthly submission of the department incentive plan. Provides system access support to department positions.


  • Receives/retrieves, reviews (for accuracy) and stores automated production reports from various systems including the call center IVR, workforce management, quality assurance, survey, Workday and other systems (20%)
  • Gathers data and creates and maintains routine department daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reports via Excel (25%)
  • Compiles data from multiple sources to produce final department time sensitive incentive plan reports and obtain executive approval for final payroll submission (20%)
  • Handles the electronic creation, submission, and confirmation of system security requests to ensure appropriate access for all DST positions (5%)
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed (10%)
  • Assists in the creation and administration of monthly and/or quarterly sales competitions to promote healthy competition and shift focus as needed (15%)
  • Aides in the creation and formal presentation of quarterly department performance (5%)
  • Compiles and handles the submission of department incentive reports


  • Proficient at Excel with extensive knowledge including formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
  • Ability to quality control work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in general reporting
  • 1+ years’ experience in call center reporting
  • 1+ years’ experience in sales reporting
  • Experience with Cisco eGain
  • Experience with PowerBI
  • Experience with Workforce Management software
  • Experience with InMoment Surveys
  • Experience with forecast reporting
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Creative is a plus
